#32 Ctrl+V or Paste Values?

Ever found it so annoying when you copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) text from one document to another and it also copies the formatting? Then you spend ages trying to get the formatting to match the formatting in your new document? Well fear not!
