#36 Windows Snap

Snap was something I stumbled upon by accident when I upgraded to Windows 7 and I don’t think I could live without this little lifesaver in my toolbox.

Snap lets you drag a window to one side of your screen and it perfectly snaps into place across half your monitor. Take another window and do the same to the opposite side. You will have two perfectly aligned windows side by side, perfect for copy and pasting, comparisons and keeping an eye on two things at the same time.

It might be easier to just show you…
