#60 Share your Outlook calendar via email

If you’re trying to organise a meeting with a colleague, and you want to avoid all the ‘I’m free on Tuesday, are you free?” type emails, one quick and easy way to do this is to email your calendar to your colleagues. They’ll only see whether you are free or busy, not if you’ve got a doctors appointment!

This can be done with emails to external people too. Have a look, it’s super quick and easy and will cut out a tonne of annoying emails.
