#125 Using the Book resource in Moodle

In a previous post we introduced you to the Page resource in Moodle. Today, meet the Book resource! The Book is like a collection of Pages in Moodle and is similar to a real book. It has Chapters and even sub Chapters. Simply create a Chapter for each section.

In this example I show you how you might start creating a unit Handbook using the Book resource. I’m simply cutting and pasting from a Word document but you can get creative and add images, links and videos to make it interactive. A unit Handbook is only one example of how you can use the Book resource. Let us know how you use the Book in the comments.
