#209 Save your meeting notes directly to OneNote via Outlook appointments

This is a great tip to keep your meeting notes organised using OneNote and Outlook. If you don’t know what OneNote is, catch up in less than a minute. From your Outlook appointment, click Meeting Notes. The page OneNote now creates is linked to your Outlook appointment, so you can always keep the meeting details and your notes from the meeting together in one place. We use this to keep all out team meeting notes together in one place so it is also a fantastic collaborative tool…

  1. Unfortunately this feature is only available in the full version of OneNote and Outlook for Windows. I don’t think the OneNote app that is pre-installed on Windows 10 supports this feature and users of OneNote/Outlook on Mac can’t do this.

Microsoft seems to be trialing new productivity features in its mobile versions of Outlook, so Maybe this feature will come to Outlook on iOS, Android and Windows Mobile sooner rather than later.
