#240 Arranging a meeting? Overlay calendars to spot free times!

The overlay feature in Outlook calendars makes it really easy to spot mutual free time slots across multiple calendars.

At MMU you can open all colleagues calendars by using the address book (shown in the demo below), but don’t worry, by default your time is only shown as free/busy and the details remain private to you.
