If you have an iCloud account you can access files and folders from ANY internet enabled device – you don’t need an iPad, iPhone or Mac computer.
Using an Internet browser you can access your iCloud account and then upload and download any files.
This short video will show you how to access your account, view / upload files and then you’ll see how it all syncs if you do have an iOS/Mac device (but remember having one of those devices isn’t necessary).
