#411 Fun with f2

I am working on a large project at the moment and need to manage a lot of files.

One of the keyboard functions that has helped me the most is the f2 key. Instead of right-clicking on a file or folder and selecting Rename or double-clicking on a file or folder at exactly the right speed, you can simply click f2 and rename the file or folder straight away! The other great thing is that it doesn’t overwrite the file extension.

The f2 key also works in Excel so you can hit the f2 key and start typing immediately. This is really useful when you are editing cells and managing large spreadsheets.

It may seem like a small tip but it makes a huge difference if you are dealing with a lot of data, files and folders!
