#471 Zoom: Video conferencing

Zoom is an easy to use video conferencing tool that comes with an impressive basic plan (you can upgrade and their full pricing details are on the website):

  • Unlimited number of meetings (one meeting at a time)
  • No expiration date
  • No time limit for 1-on-1 meetings
  • 40 minute limit on meetings with 3-100 people

I signed up using my email address and was able to start video conferencing within 2 minutes. You are given a personal URL that you can share with colleagues and students. Zoom is browser based so there is no need to download any additional software. Why not give it a try?
