#580 Outlook: Opening a colleague’s Calendar

This is an example of one of those, “you don’t know, what you don’t know” things. During a conversation earlier this week, a colleague shared that they hadn’t realised it was possible to view another colleagues’ calendar in Outlook. As a lot of us are working from home at the moment, and coordinating meetings is a little harder, being able to open a colleagues calendar to find a spot that they are free just makes life a little easier (and cuts out unnecessary emails)!

Tip: make sure you keep your calendar up to date, and if you think it’s necessary, block out your lunch hour to keep it protected!
