Scribe is a new AI tool that allows you to record your actions and then transcribe them click by click into a step-by-step guide that you can share with colleagues or students. It even takes screenshots as you go along. The only downside is that the desktop version that would record your screen is on the pro version but if you wanted to record anything onscreen e.g. a workflow, or a how-to on Moodle then this is the tool for you.
