Related to what you’re doing, I’ve also listed a few IT tricks and hints on a Google+ site that we use here for staff at the University of Northampton.
When on the community, use the navigation on the left to browse General IT tips, iPad, Outlook and Word tips. I’ve plans to also add Excel, PowerPoint and Chrome tips too (when I get round to it!).
